The Vanguard QS-66 Quick Release Plate is a quick shoe designed for use with the Vanguard PH-113V and PH-114 panheads, and VEO2PRO233AV, VEO2PRO233CV, Abeo 243AV, Abeo 283AV, & Abeo 323AV tripods.  This large DIN standard quick shoe features anti-slip rubber padding, a standard 1/4" camera attachment thread, and a security pin of using a video camera or spotting scope attachment.
