Service and Repair
In order to maintain a superior level of quality control testing and assurance, we request that items be returned to the facility of your current country residence for evaluation, service and repairs. Disassembly or repair of a product outside of our facility may result in the voiding of the product's original manufacturer warranty.
While we guarantee the quality of the component parts, the Vanguard warranty does not provide coverage for damages due to the product being disassembled outside of a Vanguard authorized facility installation.
We strive to notify you when your equipment has arrived and provide a reasonable and timely estimate for any non-warranty service. We take pride for making every effort to service your product and return it in time for an upcoming adventure.
